Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy carefully before using any PixelGameGodStudio Corp. Services. Your use of our Services constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PixelGameGodStudio Corp. (“PixelGameGodStudio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern all use of PixelGameGodStudio Services.
1.Definitions
• “Software” means any and all software applications distributed, published, or otherwise made available by PixelGameGodStudio, including but not limited to mobile games, downloadable/installable games for computers, and games accessed through a browser or other communication methods. This includes updates, upgrades, patches, and any related files or documentation.
• “Services” means any and all services provided by PixelGameGodStudio, including in-game services, websites, support, online features, and community platforms.
• Collectively, the Software and Services are referred to as the “PixelGameGodStudio Services.”
2.Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Updates will be posted here, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
3.User Responsibilities
Lawful Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and for their intended use. The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Users Under 18
Most PixelGameGodStudio Services are not intended for users under age of consent. Each Service may have its own minimum age requirement and content rating. You may not use a Service if you are below the minimum age required by applicable law or by the platform through which the Service is provided. If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction but are otherwise permitted to use the Service, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required by applicable law.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to:
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Upload or transmit harmful, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Use unauthorized tools, bots, hacks, mods, or cheats.
• Interfere with the Services, servers, or networks.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including harassment of other users.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4.Security and Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. PixelGameGodStudio is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
5. International Use
PixelGameGodStudio Services may be controlled and operated from Canada. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in other regions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Some Services may be subject to export control laws. By using our Services, you represent that you are not located in a restricted country or on a government-prohibited list.
6.Intellectual Property and License
All intellectual property in PixelGameGodStudio Services, including names, logos, artwork, characters, text, music, sound, and code, is owned by PixelGameGodStudio or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
• Copy, distribute, or make derivative works without written permission.
• Use the Services for commercial gain except as expressly authorized.
7.User Content
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, suggestions, forum posts, in-game messages), you grant PixelGameGodStudio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.
You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
8.Purchases, Virtual Items, and Subscriptions
Some Services may allow you to purchase virtual currency, virtual items, subscriptions, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”) through a third-party platform.
Virtual Items are licensed to you and are not sold. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Virtual Items:
have no real-world monetary value;
cannot be exchanged for cash or other property;
are non-transferable;
may be used only within the applicable Service.
Prices, payment processing, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made and by applicable consumer protection laws.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your platform account settings before the applicable renewal date.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9.Third-Party Services
Our Apps may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for their practices.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Appodeal
Your use of a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s applicable end-user terms, policies, and account rules.
10.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelGameGodStudio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixelGameGodStudio, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another’s rights.
12.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
• All rights granted to you end immediately.
• You must cease use and delete all copies of our Apps.
13.Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Ontario), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14.General
• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and PixelGameGodStudio.
• Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
